This summer, Grey Goose will celebrate the spirit of the French Riviera with the newest iteration of the brand’s annual Riviera bottle series.
Press Release, June 2018
Designed by renowned illustrator and native son Quentin Monge, the limited-edition bottle captures the laissez-faire attitude of the Riviera and pays homage to the brand’s French heritage. The Grey Goose by Quentin Monge bottle (SRP $40) reflects Monge’s signature “stylishly whimsical” take on his home region, the scenic birthplace of many artists including Henri Matisse, Marc Chagall and Andre Derain.
Imbued with a strong sense of place, the Grey Goose by Quentin Monge bottle features playful blue and white parasols, evoking the casual glamour of the storied coastline. Monge drew inspiration from the design while relaxing in Saint Tropez and gazing upon the many parasols dotting the beach. Of this eternal summer motif, Monge says: “The beach parasol is an essential when it comes to the summer holiday. I grew up on the beach and would always build huts under my parasol with everything I could find, from towels to floating wood.” The bottle serves a reminder that the lighthearted and playful spirit of the French Riviera can be experienced anywhere in the world with great friends and amazing cocktails.
The Grey Goose by Quentin Monge bottle is a stylish accoutrement to the Grey Goose signature summer cocktail Le Grand Fizz, an elevated twist on the vodka soda. Made with only the finest French ingredients, it can be customized for your taste profile without overcomplicating a beautiful cocktail. Le Grand Fizz features a revitalizing mix of St-Germain elderflower liqueur, fresh lime, soda water and Grey Goose over ice. It is served in a wine glass to accentuate the fresh and vibrant nose of the cocktail.
